Before proceeding please be sure your firmware is updated on your StudioLive and that you are using the latest Universal Control:

To send audio from Logix Pro X to the Tape Inputs on a StudioLive Series III console

Open the following on Logic Pro X
Preferences > Audio > I/O Assignments
Then assign your outputs as "Outputs 37-38" or if you are using a StudioLive 64s Series III select "Outputs 63-64"

This will pass any tracks being sent to the "Stereo Out" aka Mains in Logic Pro X to the Tape Inputs on the Series III console.
