How to copy a WeTransfer Link to your support ticket

If during the course of a support ticket you may be requested to upload a video/audio file etc. via the website


1. Simply drag and drop your file onto the page. wetransfer.gif



2. Click the three dots as outlined in the animation below, select Get Transfer Link and Copy Link. 



3. You can then paste this link into your support ticket by right clicking your mouse and selecting Paste.
