I have created a support ticket but am not sure how to access it

 

Once a ticket is created, you can check the status of that ticket by logging into your account and viewing the ticket directly from your support portal.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Replies from Technical Support to a support ticket, whether created by a customer or a Technical Support agent will be sent to the default email address we have on file for the account you used to contact us. If you have any issues retrieving your ticket information, please log in to your my.fender.com account to access email notifications and details about your support request.

 

IMPORTANT: Creating a new support ticket for an issue that is already open may cause delays in response time. We highly recommend that you log into your account and reply to your existing ticket if you already have one open. This helps ensure you receive the most timely response possible, as we address tickets in the order they are received. Existing open tickets are given priority in our support queue. 

 

 

To review your support ticket

Log into your Fender Support account: https://my.fender.com/support/open

** Be sure to use my.fender.com and not fender.com.   This causes confusion for many users.

  1. Select Open Tickets.
  2. Find the ticket you want to view.
  3. This icon shows the status of the ticket. New tickets are marked as, "Open."

 

To see if you’ve received a reply, check the ticket’s status.

  1. When it is marked as "Pending," a response has been provided.

Once you receive a reply and the ticket status shows "Pending," select the Add a Comment button to respond or add additional information.

Enter your reply in the Add a Comment window.

  1. Add your reply or additional comments. Please provide as much detail as possible for accurate assistance.
  2. If you no longer need assistance, choose "Mark this ticket as resolved" and select Send.
  3. If Technical Support requests an attachment, you can add files up to 20 MB by selecting Choose File. Select that button to browse for a file to upload and attach.
  4. Once you have added all the necessary information, select the Send button to submit your comment and any attached files to Technical Support.
