1. Please go to my.presonus.com and log into your account. Once you log into your account, please choose the "Products" tab in the menu bar. Below is an image.
2. Once you have clicked the "Products" tab, please press the blue plus sign to register your product. Below is an image.
3. You can now choose the "Hardware" tab and register your device. Below is an image.
4. If your product only offers the Studio One+ subscription, it will automatically be added to your account upon registering your hardware. If you have a choice between the Studio One+ subscription or Studio One Artist, you will need to choose. You will need to go into the "Products" tab and choose "Hardware" from the column on the left. You can then select your registered hardware to view your offer. Below is an image of the "View Offers" button to choose Studio One+ or Artist.
