If you require to update the firmware on the following, 

• StudioLive 32.4.2AI
• StudioLive 24.4.2AI
• StudioLive 16.4.2AI
• StudioLive RM32AI
• StudioLive RM16AI
• StudioLive RML16AI
• StudioLive RML32AI
• StudioLive CS18AI

Then the product must be registered on your my.presonus account. If you do not have this done, please contact technical support. 

Once you have the product registered please refer to the following links to update your product.
