If your Sceptre monitor is powering on and you are experiencing an issue then please see the following troubleshooting steps to try and resolve your issue :
Sceptre S6 Reset:
1) Please ensure that your Sceptre S6s powered off.
2) Hold these two buttons on the back of the speaker at the same time with one hand:
- HF Driver Button
- Acoustic Space
3) With the buttons still pressed, power ON Sceptre S6 with your other hand; keeping these two buttons on the back fully pressed during the power-up of the speaker
4) Observe the speaker go through its power sequence.
5) When the speaker has completed its power up sequence after holding the buttons continuously for at least 8 seconds after power up.
6) After the 8 seconds have passed, you can let up off of the 2 buttons
7) Retest the S6 to see if you are still experiencing issues as you have previously described.
Sceptre S8 Reset:
1) Please ensure that your Sceptre S8 is powered off.
2) Hold these two buttons on the back of the speaker at the same time with one hand:
- HF Driver Button
- HP Filter Button
3) With the buttons still pressed, power ON Sceptre S8 with your other hand; keeping these two buttons on the back fully pressed during the power-up of the speaker
4) Observe the speaker go through its power sequence.
5) When the speaker has completed its power up sequence after holding the buttons continuously for at least 8 seconds after power up.
6) After the 8 seconds have passed, you can let up off of the 2 buttons
7) Retest the S8 to see if you are still experiencing issues as you have previously described.
