With the recent release of Universal Control 4.3, which replaces UC Surface on mobile devices, as well as the inclusion of new Quantum interfaces, we needed to set our supported minimum screen resolution to a fixed setting. While the supported minimum screen resolution for Universal Control / UC Surface has remained unchanged for some time, we were able to leave this open in previous releases, which allowed the app to run on smaller, unsupported devices. Because of this new resolution restriction, certain Android devices will show the following screen when connected to certain PreSonus interfaces or mixers:
Although we are working to try and make this a better experience in a future release by modifying the control panel size to work with a wider range of tablets, anyone on an Android tablet who is experiencing this issue with Universal Control 4.3 can try changing the Display Size Setting on the affected Android tablet (try the smallest setting first and work up to find out what Display Size setting starts to exhibit the issue on the tablet):
Alternatively, if this does not work, the other option is to download the (.apk) file from the previous UC v4.2 release posted on the UC Surface Downloads page (Legacy PreSonus site):

Make sure to select your Android operating system if not already selected and select Download Now to get the (.apk) for the previous UC 4.2 Android release that does not have the newer screen size App restriction and load it on your tablet.
