Why does my StudioLive not show my name under "Registered to"?

When you register your StudioLive Series III to your my.presonus account it will show as such in your account. 

To have the mixer display your name, you need to install the Fat Channel plugins. 

Depending on how you purchased your StudioLive you may already have them in your my.presonus account. Please check. 

If you have bought a 2nd hand StudioLive Series III, you will not have them. The only plugins that can be installed on the mixer are the following selection,
