We have identified an issue with VST 2 iLok plug-ins and the Softube plug-in with Studio One v3.1.35191 on Windows 10.
iLok Licence Manager is not compatible yet it seems with Windows 10 and when you have a plugin that is also Windows 10 compatible the software for iLok crashes. We have contacted Pace about this issue.
Please be aware should anyone who has iLok enabled plug-ins you may run into a similar issue from other vendors.
Please contact your plug-in vendor and/or Pace about when you can expect to see an update that ensures Windows 10 compatibility.
NEW UPDATE: iLok has issued several recent updates that should now have corrected this issue with Windows 10. Should you continue to have issues with your iLok and Windows 10, please contact iLok for further assistance. Please make sure that you are on the latest version of the iLok2 Software License Manger.

UPDATE: Workaround - Use Application Compatibility Mode in Application Properties, set Studio One 3 x64 to run in compatibility mode for Windows 8.
To do this, navigate to your Program Files directory, then open the PreSonus folder and inside you will find the Studio One 3 folder.
Open the Studio One 3 folder and find the "Studio One" application, right click the file and select Properties.
In the next windows (see below) click on the Compatibility Tab, check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 8 in the drop down menu.
Also be sure that the box in Settings "Run this program as administrator" is checked, if not check it.
If we hear anything, we'll post an update here and to the user forums, social media, etc.
