Customer Service Phones Down For Maintenance Today - April 19, 2022

Our Phone System will be down today for several hours, as we work on some major updates and upgrades to our current systems, as part of some scheduled maintenance. All in part as we strive to make continuous improvements to better assist our customers.

 

We expect the phones to be down for only a couple of hours and should be back up operational sometime early/mid-afternoon.

 

 

Should you need assistance during this time, please log into your PreSonus User Account and Submit a Support Request. Our Support Team is able to assist you with any issues you may need assistance with and will get to your request as soon as possible.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you today, as we are working to make improvements to our systems in order to better serve you.
