Deregister a Hardware Product

If you have sold, gifted or are returning a device to a retailer and need to remove the registration of that hardware from your user account, please do the following:

 

Log into your account at https://my.presonus.com/

Select products from the menu bar at the top of the home page

Select hardware from the options on the left side of the screen

Click on the product you wish to deregister

Under the serial number you will see a red box that says "Deregister". Click this box.

A pop up will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Ok". This will remove this registration from your account.
