PreSonus Universal Control is now Fender Universal Control. Please install Fender Universal Control v5 too retain access to the latest updates for your PreSonus products.
If you are using a tablet you will see the following, please update your app, you may click the link on the link on the app.

It is very important that you review all the popup prompts when installed the app. One issue you may have is that Local Network access has not been granted to the App via the Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network options, this is a change in Apples iOS and every app requiring network access must be allowed to do so.
If you are a user of the StudioLive AI, RM, RML range you do not use v5, you will need to use v4. Both apps can be installed at the same time on your tablet.
If you did install v5, do not delete v4 as you will need that.
If you deleted PreSonus Universal Control from your tablet then,
Apple iOS, go into your account on the App store, click on "Purchased" and search for PreSonus Universal Control and you should be able to re-download it. If you have never downloaded it, there is nothing further you can do.
Android users can use the following link to side load the app onto the device. You will need to consult the manual for your device to learn how to do this. Most tablet companies will have helpful guides on their own websites to help you install this.
