A: All images, music, and data stored on our site will be permanently deleted as of December 9, 2020. This also includes mailing lists, fans, and any other information stored in your account. All Nimbit digitally distributed tracks will be taken down from 3rd-party sites. This is only tracks that Nimbit has digitally distributed for you. In short, everything in your Nimbit account will be gone.
Q: How can I log into my Nimbit account if I cannot remember my user name?
A: You can log into your account using the email address that is associated with the account or with your user name. Either should work. There is a link to reset your password at Nimbit.com once you click the link to "Log In."
Q: What is the fastest way to backup my music that is on my Nimbit page?
A: Log into your account at Nimbit.com and go to the "Account" tab. Next, click "Manage Files." Here you can download any images and music that you have uploaded to your account.
Q: How do I backup my fan list?
A: Log into your Nimbit.com account and click on the "Fans" tab. Choose the link to "Export Fans." This will export all of your fan information to a .csv file that can be opened in your favorite spreadsheet application.
Q: How do I disable my store and get one final sales report before ending my account?
A: Log into your account at Nimbit.com and click the "Profile & Store" tab. Click "Store" and remove your products from the store. This way they will no longer be available for purchase. You can then click the "Reports" tab, set your date range and download one final sales report. You can then go into the "Account" tab and click on "Payout Info," to get one last report for your payouts as well.
