Notion will not allow Expansion Sounds from PreSonus Sphere to be installed or activated – Knowledge Base | PreSonus

If you have a purchased copy of Notion 6 in your account that you have activated prior to subscribing to PreSonus Sphere, you will need to delete your license file and activate the program using PreSonus Sphere. Here are instructions for Windows and Mac.

Windows:

1. Please go into C:\ProgramData\Notion Music\Notion 6 and delete the info.tpk file.

2. Open Notion and activate using PreSonus Sphere.

macOS:

1. Please go into Macintosh HD (Your system drive)/Library/Application Support/Notion Music/Notion 6 and delete the info.tpk file.

2. Open Notion and activate using PreSonus Sphere.

You can then download the Expansion Sounds from your PreSonus Sphere account under Products.
