When activating Studio One Pro+ you get an error message that you do not have Studio One Pro+ in your account.

If you receive an error message stating that Studio One Pro+ is not in your account, please make sure that you have updated to the latest version of Studio One. You can then go into Studio One in the menu bar of the program and sign out of your account.  Finally, re-launch Studio One and sign in using the correct account.  If you still have an issue, please follow the instructions below, to manually remove any PreSonus credentials from your computer.
