Why am I getting a Code 100 error on Universal Control?

This error will appear when you attempt a update on your mixer and have the following possible issues

1: No valid network connection on the connected computer/device. Please ensure your connected device has a valid network connection. 

2: The mixer is not registered in your my.presonus account

3: You have a firewall engaged on your computer

4: Your antivirus software is stopping Universal Control from contacting the PreSonus servers

5: You are not logged into your my.presonus account on Universal Control

6: If you have upgraded to Sequoia oSX 15+ then your installed Universal Control will require you to grand access to the "Local Network", upon installation you should get a warning to allow this for any software that requires it, this is what that warning box looks like,

Please check if you have given the right permissions and open, 

Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network and allow access
