I can not access my user account online at, what do I do?

In some cases, you may have forgotten your username and/or password you use to access your user account. 

In the case that you can not remember your username and/or password, you can request that information be sent to the email we have on file in that user account. So provided the email is still accessible, submit a request for username/password retrieval here: 

Reset My Password Through Email.

• The username on file, and a temporary password will be created and sent to the email placed in the request form at the link above.

• Once the email is retrieved, note the username and temporary password, use that to log into your account. Upon a successful log in to your account, you will then be able to change the password to a desired password from the temporary password that was automatically created by the automated system.
