Capture 2.1.1.31798 released on April 1, 2015 supports Sync for RM Series Mixers.

NOTE: Previous versions of Capture do not support Capture Sync with StudioLive RM mixers. Because of this, with projects created/saved with the previous release of Capture version 2.1.0.24135, there was no way for channel names to sync or have scenes saved with the session that would load when the Capture session is opened in Studio One.
