To zero out you Fat Channel settings without affecting your scene settings, simply load a Zero Out scene and save the Fat Channel settings as a preset. After this you can load this preset without resetting the scene. Alternatively, you can recall the Zero Out scene with all Recalling groups set to “no” except the EQ&Dyn Group.
