I would like to un-register or remove a hardware device from my user account.

If you have sold, gifted or are returning a device to a retailer and need to remove the registration of that hardware from your user account, please do the following:

• Log into your account at https://my.presonus.com/
• Click on the link for the registered device in your list of Hardware Registration.

• Once you open the registration section for that device, you will see a button to "Deregister Product", this will remove the registration from your account.
